Return Policy


We stand behind our products and want you to love them, too. But sometimes things don’t always work out and we understand that. So, we will work with you to make your return a quick and easy process!

What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached. Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns will be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • Items that cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged include:
    - All accessories (headbands, scarves, hats, etc.)
    - All jewelry (earrings, necklaces, etc.)
    - All intimates and bodysuits
    - All sale items (ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.)
  • If item(s) are sent back past the 14-day period, the buyer will be contacted to have the item(s) sent back to them and is responsible for the return postage.
  • We will not accept items that have clearly been worn, have deodorant or makeup stains, have perfume or other scents. If this happens to your return, we will ship the item(s) back to you and charge you the additional shipping cost.

How do I send my return back?

Review the return policy to make sure your return meets the criteria. 

Download this form and email the completed form to Once your return is approved, ship your item(s) back. Securely and neatly package your items. Do not staple the bag. Include a copy of your receipt and the completed return form in the package.

We do not cover return shipping costs. Please obtain a tracking number for the package and e-mail it to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages being sent back to us.

Can I return anything?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following: 

  • Items that cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged include:
  • All accessories (headbands, scarves, etc.)
  • All jewelry (earrings, necklaces, etc.)
  • All intimates and bodysuits
  • All sale items

Can I return an item if it’s past the 14-day period?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 14-day return period. Your return must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the day you received the item(s) to be eligible for a return and money back. If items are sent to us without approval past the return period, the customer will be required to pay the return postage for the items to be sent back. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, absolutely! If you want to exchange an item for a different size it will be treated as a return. Follow the return policy rules and you will be issued store credit via a digital gift card. You can then place a new order for the desired size using your store credit.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If an item is damaged, you must report it within 3 days of receiving the item. Email us at so we can rectify the issue. If it is past that time, we will not accept the return.    

Can I ask for store credit instead of money back? 

Yes! If you would prefer to receive store credit instead of getting the money refunded from your return, we can absolutely make that happen. When you fill out the return form and e-mail it to us, let us know you would like store credit instead. 

After we receive your item(s) and accept your return, we will process your store credit. This will take up to 2–3 business days. You will then receive an email with a digital gift card.
